The chorus were delighted to take part in a wonderful evening of singing in memory of Dave Dana who recently passed away and who was such a great influence on both Wight Harmony and Solent City Chorus.
The event, which also raised money for the Alzheimer Cafe in the Isle of Wight, took place at St. Blasius' Church, Shanklin, featured sets from both Wight Harmony and Solent City Chorus as well as from Flat Wight (an octet from within Wight Harmony) and The Blue Eyed Boys quartet.
For the final song of the evening Wight Harmony and Solent City Chorus combined to sing 'Can You Feel The Love Tonight' as a special tribute to Dave Dana.
